Our Classes

Classes at Biyala

At Biyala Primary School, our class structures are designed to support both strong relationships and responsive teaching. In our foundation year we offer straight Prep classes, while students in Years 1–6 learn within combined classes across Year 1/2, Year 3/4 and Year 5/6. This structure allows teachers to respond flexibly to the needs of students and to provide learning that is appropriately paced and challenging. Through careful planning, assessment and targeted teaching, students are both supported and extended to achieve success. Our consistent teaching approaches and predictable routines ensure that all students experience high-quality learning, regardless of the class they are in.
